Welcome to The Senses! Nestled between the trees on a small hill of the seaside town Mlini, this brand-new property released in July 2022 offers amazing views of the Adriatic Sea and relaxation in nature. This modern property can accommodate 6+2 persons. The pool placed in front of the house is private and available only to you. You will also be able to seek relief from the summer heat in the shade of the almond and oak trees, enjoying the scents and sounds of the surrounding nature. The house has been designed in an "H" shape, dividing the sleeping areas (hill-side) from the living areas (sea-side). The inner space (100m2) is placed on the ground floor of the house, while nobody else lives on the property enabling you to enjoy your privacy. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds accommodating a total of 6 persons + a sofa bed in the living room for 2 extra persons. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The 3rd bathroom (walk-in shower & washing machine) is placed in the hall. Beds in two bedrooms can be separated to form twin beds if required (on request). All 3 bedrooms include air-conditioning, ensuring a good night's sleep during hot summer nights! A workspace (with desk and chair, WI-FI) is available for those who like/or must work during their vacation. The front part of the space, facing the sea, is designed as an open plan where the kitchen, dining and living room areas merge with the outside scenery. A Smart Tv and a Bluetooth sound speaker are available in the living room. The dining area can comfortably fit up to 8 people. The kitchen with a view into the treetops, is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, etc. From this area, there is direct access to the sea view and mountain view balcony. Following a few steps, you will reach the spacious terrace featuring a private pool, sunbeds, sunshade, outdoor shower, table, chairs, BBQ and a sink. Below the oak and almond trees that are scattered around the property, the youngest will find outdoor toys to make their vacation even more fun! The parking space is private and can fit 4 vehicles (free of charge). Bed linen and towels, as well as iron, ironing board, cleaning agents and similar, are supplied at the property. If you are looking for a vacation home in nature and with a sea view, then this is your choice.
