Luxury Villa Smiljana is spread over a plot of 1351 m2 with a living area of 370 m2 and consists of the ground floor and first floor. The luxurious Villa Smiljana in the atrium of 200 m2 has a private pool (38 m2) surrounded by deck chairs, a covered dining table for 8 people, and an outdoor kitchen with a sink and fireplace, perfect for preparing the most delicious Dalmatian specialties. Luxury Villa Smiljana has a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area with a table for 8 people, a living room, 4 bedrooms, one of which has a terrace of 30 m2 and 5 bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suite. Three en-suite bathrooms have a bathtub, and one has a bathtub and shower. The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower. It is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 8 people. The kitchen and living room have underfloor heating, and the rest of the Villa uses a heat pump for heating and cooling. The luxurious Villa Smiljana is surrounded by greenery and has a fenced atrium that gives you complete privacy. Wake up to the smell of the sea and fresh morning coffee, and end your days with a glass of quality Croatian wine and an enchanting sunset that you can only experience on Brač. The atrium of the Luxury Villa Smiljana is fenced and provides guests with complete privacy on a dream vacation. In the atrium, there is a large pool of 38 m2 in which you are sure to find refreshment from the summer Mediterranean heat. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, and in addition to them, in the atrium, there is a covered dining area and outdoor kitchen. The dining table is suitable for 8 people, and the outdoor kitchen is equipped with a fireplace and sink. On the ground floor of the Luxury Villa Smiljana, which is connected to the outdoor terrace by glass walls, there is a spacious living area. The fully equipped modern kitchen with an island continues to the dining room with a large dining table. The living room consists of a corner sofa and 2 chairs, a large LCD TV, and the warmth of the space is given by a beautiful fireplace that occupies a central place in the room. This carefully decorated space exudes comfort and is perfect for an afternoon of relaxation with your favorite movie. On this floor, there is also a shared bathroom equipped with a shower. We reach the first floor of the Luxury Villa Smiljana by internal stairs. On this floor, there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first and fourth rooms have king-size beds measuring 200x180 cm, and the queen-size beds in the second and third rooms measure 200x160 cm. Three bathrooms are equipped with showers, and one bedroom has a bathroom with shower and bath, a walk-in closet, and a terrace of 30 m2 with deck chairs and seating. For the guests of the Villa, a parking garage is provided on the ground floor, as well as 5 additional outdoor parking spaces. Luxury Villa Smiljana is fully air-conditioned, heated, offers free WIFI and satellite LCD TV. The kitchen contains an espresso machine, toaster, mixer, citrus squeezer, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and hood.
