FROM THE 1ST OF OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND TO THE 30ST OF MARCH YOU CAN RENT THE APARTMENT FOR 500 EUROS MONTHLY INCLUDING ALL EXPENSES. The house is located at the beginning of the bay of Stari Grad on the island Hvar, surrounded by family villas. Although little, this house has the soul and warmth of a kind host. Due to the Mediterranean climate on island Hvar you are welcome to stay here even during the winter months. There is five minutes walk from the house to the beautiful, warm sea and the main beach with pebbly and cliffs. The old town center is 15 minutes walk away and the road passes through the deep shade of pine trees. In the center of the town there are well supplied supermarket, vegetables and fish market, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy etc. The apartment in the house is on the first floor and has a large sunny terrace. It is fully equipped for 4 -5 persons, suitable for families with children and couples. The interior has a modern furniture and decorations in Mediterranean host. There are 2 bedrooms, one with king bed, and another with two separated beds. There is also the baby bed in the apartment. The dining room, kitchen and the bathroom are fully and modern equipped, too. You are welcome to use the washing machine, dishwasher, air-condition, Wi-fi internet, TV SAT, own parking place etc. Bed linens, towels, hair dryer, paper towels, toilette paper and soap are included. CHILDREN ARE VERY WELCOME • For our smallest guests we offer baby-cot, protective socket and enclosed garden. Children can have fun on the swing and in the sand box in our garden. We provide babysitting and childcare few hours a day or evening according to the parents need. My husband and me live in the ground floor so we can help you in anything you need including a driving by car. We always wait our guests in Stari Grad ferry port and drive them by car to our house.

Stay less than 1 days increases price for 20%.

Children under 2 years of age are exempt from paying.
