This beautiful holiday house is located in a quiet location in Kneže, about 10 kilometers away from the beautiful town of Korcula. The west side of the house is surrounded by greenery, and the terraces on the north side have a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The house is on three floors, but the ground floor is not in use. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen with living room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace overlooking the sea. On the second floor are three bedrooms, two of which have a balcony and two bathrooms. The interiors are tastefully and simply decorated with beautiful details and decoration. The property also has a swimming pool, barbecue and a small house with a gym and bathroom. The last approx. 50m driveway to the house is a narrow road. In just a few minutes walk you reach a beautiful pebble beach that is ideal for children.
