If the guest cancels the booking 14 days before arrival or earlier, 100% of the prepaid will be refunded to the guest.
If the guest cancels the booking 7 days before arrival or earlier, 50% of the prepaid will be refunded to the guest.
If the guest cancels the booking 1 days before arrival or earlier, 0% of the prepaid will be refunded to the guest.
Less than 1 days before the start of the reservation, there is no refund of the advance payment.
Children under 2 years of age are exempt from paying.
