In the inland of the island, a kilometre from the coast, lies the village of Selca. This Dalmatian village enchants its visitors by the art of stone masonry with centuries-old tradition. The charm of the place comes from the fact that every building here is made of Brač white stone. The culture and tradition of stone masonry is evident in every corner and especially in numerous stone monuments that are exhibited all around the place. Close to Selca there are two tourist zones: Punitnak and Ružmarin.
