The apartment is located on the first floor, which can be reached by just a few steps, and is designed to accommodate up to 5 guests (4 + 1). It offers 55 m² of living space, along with a 15 m² terrace featuring a beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the pine forest surrounding our property. The peaceful surroundings and natural environment provide the perfect setting for a relaxing and carefree holiday. The apartment consists of two comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room, there is an additional bed for one person, and the space is connected to a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, such as a coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, and other kitchen essentials. The apartment also features a bathroom, air conditioning, SAT TV, and free Wi-Fi. For your convenience, all guests have free access to a shared washing machine, making longer stays even more comfortable and stress-free. Guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool, barbecue area, and beautifully maintained garden with a variety of recreational facilities, including badminton, table tennis, traditional hanging bowling, and a children's playground. These amenities make the apartment an excellent choice for families with children as well as for groups seeking a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The nearest beach is just 150 meters away via a pleasant forest path or approximately 300 meters by road. Along the coastline, you will find several beautiful small bays, offering something for everyone – from sandy and pebble beaches to natural rocky areas and well-maintained concrete sunbathing spots. The crystal-clear sea and diverse beaches provide ideal conditions for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxation. Free private parking is available for all guests. The town center can be reached in approximately a 20-minute easy walk along the seaside or just 5 minutes by car.
