For booking confirmation is required to pay an advance: 40% of the total rental cost (Bank transfer).
The remaining amount is to be paid on the day of arrival. (Cash, Bank transfer).
Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels the booking 90 days before arrival or earlier, 70% of the prepaid will be refunded to the guest.
If the guest cancels the booking 60 days before arrival or earlier, 50% of the prepaid will be refunded to the guest.
If the guest cancels the booking 30 days before arrival or earlier, 20% of the prepaid will be refunded to the guest.
Less than 30 days before the start of the reservation, there is no refund of the advance payment.
Children under 2 years of age are exempt from paying.
Tourist tax: 1.00€ per person daily.
