Description
Hvar Beach Villa is situated on one of the most attractive Croatian islands - on the island of Hvar. The house is only 5 km from the center of Jelsa. On the terrace of the total area of ​​60 m2 there is a beautiful view of the bay and a beautiful pebble beach with crystal clear sea. The grounds cover 216 m² and 136 m² of living space and the second row to the sea, only 30 meters from the sea. In front of the villa there is no house, so the view of the sea is impeccable. Villa consists of 4 separate apartments. Each living unit has its own balcony or terrace with a direct view of the sea. They are fully furnished and equipped. Hvar Beach Villa offers two smaller and two larger apartments. The smaller ones have one bedroom, a living room with a combined kitchen and bathroom and larger ones have two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. The villa also adorns a nicely cultivated garden with Dalmatian fireplace and stone sink. On the lower side of the property is the access road from the macadam. The offer is rounded off by a garage and additional parking spaces.
