The terrace is ideal for enjoying morning coffee, relaxing during the day, or spending pleasant summer evenings with family and friends. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, a spacious living room with an additional sleeping option for two guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, and other equipment needed for a comfortable stay. Guests also have access to a bathroom, a separate additional toilet, and a private laundry room with a washing machine. The apartment is air-conditioned with two units, equipped with SAT TV, and offers free Wi-Fi for a comfortable and connected stay. Within the property, guests can enjoy a swimming pool, barbecue area, and a beautifully maintained garden with a variety of recreational facilities, including badminton, table tennis, traditional hanging bowling, and a children’s playground.
