Villa Milina Korčula – A Private Family Villa in Potirna Villa Milina is located in Potirna, a small and peaceful village on the sunny south side of Korčula Island. Potirna is the heart of this quiet Mediterranean community, with its coastline shaped by beautiful natural bays – Uvala Nova, Uvala Garma, Uvala Grdača and Uvala Slatina. Villa Milina is just 80 metres from the sea in Uvala Nova. Surrounded by pine forest and a spacious Mediterranean garden, Villa Milina was created for peace, privacy and time together with family and friends. The entire villa consists of three fully separate apartments – NEBO, MORE and MASLINA – with six bedrooms and six bathrooms in total, accommodating up to 15 guests. Each apartment has its own character. NEBO is located on the top floor and is distinguished by its panoramic views. From its terrace, guests can see the islands of Trstenik, Veliki Pržnjak and Mali Pržnjak directly in front of the villa, the open Adriatic Sea, and the islands of Lastovo and Sušac in the distance. From this elevated position, the view also extends over Villa Milina itself, the Mediterranean garden and the private heart-shaped swimming pool. MORE is located on the first floor, in the very heart of the villa. To the south, the view opens towards the sea from the dining area, while to the north, the large glazed veranda overlooks the pine forest and tree house. Its terrace is at pool level, naturally connecting the indoor space with outdoor life at Villa Milina. MASLINA on the ground floor offers a completely different experience – life outdoors. It has 100 m² of indoor living space and an impressive 130 m² of private outdoor terraces and living areas. Two large covered southern terraces and a private sunbathing area with sun loungers are surrounded by greenery, olive trees and the scents of the Mediterranean garden. On the western side, a large covered terrace with a dining table provides a place for long meals and evenings in the shade of the olive tree, with views towards the sea. At the heart of the property is a private heart-shaped swimming pool surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. Guests can enjoy a children's playground, tree house, outdoor spaces for play and relaxation, private parking, BBQ and other amenities for enjoying time outdoors. Villa Milina is not a resort and is not a place for crowds or parties. It is a private family villa for those who want to be together while still having their own space, peace and freedom. Here, days are lived simply – morning coffee by the sea, swimming in Uvala Nova, relaxing in the shade of the olive tree, children playing in the garden and long evenings beneath the stars.
