Apartment MASLINA – Villa Milina Apartment MASLINA has a completely different rhythm. The apartment offers 100 m² of indoor living space and an impressive 130 m² of private outdoor terraces and living areas. On the southern side, two large covered terraces open through the greenery towards the sea, together with a private sunbathing area with its own sun loungers. The olive tree provides natural shade and a pleasant shelter from the summer sun, while the scents of Mediterranean herbs surround you. On the western side, another large covered terrace features a generous dining table. Here too, the olive tree provides natural shade, while the sea view accompanies long meals, conversations and evenings outdoors. MASLINA has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and a total of five beds. The indoor space provides comfort, while the generous outdoor areas make it possible to spend almost the entire day living on the terraces, in the shade of the olive tree and directly beside the garden. The special character of MASLINA comes from this immediate connection with the garden. Doors open onto the terraces, the terraces open onto the greenery, and the greenery opens towards the sea. This is where breakfast is enjoyed outdoors, lunch is served beneath the olive tree, afternoons are spent in the shade and evenings linger around the table. Guests of Villa Milina have access to the private heart-shaped swimming pool, Mediterranean garden, children's playground and tree house, outdoor spaces for play and relaxation, private parking and Uvala Nova beach, just 80 metres away.
